About Creative Net Speakers’ Agency

Creative Net Speakers’ Agency is unique in that unlike other agencies, we don’t charge a booking fee.

Most charge clients what the presenter quotes plus a fee of around $85+ per day. It’s this fee that we waive.

What do we get out of it?

To answer this question we need to go back to why Creative Net was launched. As a micro press publisher, Ford Street Publishing published many unknown authors and illustrators. Try as they may, they couldn’t get represented by speakers’ agencies.

So Ford Street created Creative Net to represent them. Obviously an agency cannot exist without some bigger names, so we approached people like Leigh Hobbs, Isobelle Carmody, Deb Abela and many others.

They joined us and now we represent over 170 creatives across Australia. This also gives Ford Street publicity for its authors.
