Jacqui Grantford is a Melbourne-based artist who has worked extensively as an artist, author and illustrator.
Her book and DVD Simply Drawing have recently been released. A True Person, illustrated by Grantford, was a 2008 White Raven book. Only 250 books across the world are chosen in recognition of their artistic merit. This same book and another, Squeezy Cuddle Dangly Legs were listed as recommended books in the Family Therapist’s Awards.
She is currently radio announcing on 3MBS fm, Classically Melbourne.
talks and workshops
Jacqui conducts talks and workshops with students of all ages, involving them in a number of activities in the areas of children’s literature, illustration and the visual arts with projects such as creating picture books, murals, installations and sculptures.
