Paul Stafford

  • Author

Paul specialises in writing workshops for Stage 3-4 reluctant/disengaged boys, and has 15 years experience in schools across Australia.

He is the author of comedy-horror series Horror High, non-fiction You’re History, Mate! and Ned Kelly’s Helmet.

talks and workshops

Paul’s writing workshops scaffold the creative process from A-Z using students’ ideas to write narratives, modeling and demystifying the process, and instilling in students a strong sense of creative confidence to own and develop their original ideas. The model is fun, easily replicated and inclusive, ensuring boys are no longer the hurdle to positive class involvement in writing.

Workshops in persuasive text and scriptwriting (short films/school plays) are also available.
